Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if your product is Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Expired you may return it to us for an exchange. Please view below for more information on our return policy.
- Delivered Product is Damaged (i.e. Product been physically destroyed or broken)
- Delivered Product is Defective (e.g. Unable to switch on the product due to manufacturing defect)
- Delivered Products is Incorrect (i.e. Incorrect product, color or size)
- Delivered Product is Expired (Applicable for Grocery Products)
- If the products is found to be Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Expired the same to informed via E-Mail to e-Deals.lk – Return & Refund on email@example.com within 24 Hours from Receiving the Product from Our Delivery Partner.
- Subject: Order Number / Reason for Return (Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Expired)
- Two or more pictures to be attached in the E-Mail of the product to be returned as proof to support your reason of return.
- Upon validating the reason for return you will receive a E-Mail from e-Deals.lk – Return & Refund within 24 Hours with instructions of the Return Drop Off Location.
- Pack your e-Deals package securely, with the product in the original and undamaged manufacturer’s packaging along with any accessories, manuals, free items, etc. as delivered.
- You may Courier the Package OR Drop Off the Package at the Drop Off Location as per the Instructions you received via E-Mail. It’s advisable you to use a traceable method to courier your return & all related shipping charges to be borne by you.
- Once the return package is received e-Deals Team will inspect condition of the return package & process the same for an exchange/replacement within 14 Working Days. If the return request is rejected by e-Deals Team the same will be notified to you via E-Mail within 24 Hours
- Only the above mentioned reasons (Damaged, Defective, Incorrect or Expired) will be considered as a valid reason for returns.
- Return for change of mind will not be accepted.
- The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.
- The product must include the original tags, user manuals, warranty cards, freebies, along with any accessories as delivered.
- The product must be returned in the original & undamaged manufacturer’s packaging/box. If the product was delivered in e-Deals packaging/box, the same packaging/box should be returned & do not put tape or stickers directly on the manufacturer’s packaging / box.
- Following Fashion Items will not be accepted under the Return Policy
- Women’s Intimate Apparel & Men’s Innerwear
- Grocery Products unless the product is Expired
REFUND POLICYA full refund will only be provided in the event a replacement unit for the size/specific model is no longer available. The refund will not include any delivery charges borne by the customer for return of item & if your product is eligible for a refund due to the product is no longer available you will be notified via E-Mail & the refund will be processed based on the mode of payment selected by you during the purchased of the product.
